Dr. Vikram Pal Singh, DDS

DIPLOMATE ABOI/ID, FICOI, AFAAID

Dr. Vikram P. Singh (Diplomate, American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry (ABOI/ID) is dedicated to helping patients restore the health, function, and beauty of their smiles through advanced implant dentistry delivered with precision, compassion, and individualized care. After earning his Bachelor of Dental Surgery, Dr. Singh received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the New York University College of Dentistry. His commitment to service extends beyond dentistry. He joined the U.S. Army in 2011, deployed to Afghanistan in 2013, and currently serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve. Passionate about advancing his expertise, Dr. Singh completed the prestigious Master Program in Oral Implantology at the California Implant Institute, earning more than 1,100 hours of advanced education in implant surgery and restorative implant dentistry. Dr. Singh's most distinguished professional achievement is becoming a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry (ABOI/ID)—the highest level of credentialing available in implant dentistry. Board certification is awarded only after an extensive evaluation of a clinician's education, surgical experience, documented patient outcomes, and successful completion of comprehensive written and oral examinations. This rigorous process reflects an exceptional commitment to clinical excellence, lifelong learning, and the highest standards of patient care. Because relatively few dentists achieve this distinction, the ABOI Diplomate credential signifies a level of expertise recognized by colleagues and patients alike as a mark of advanced proficiency in implant dentistry. In addition to his board certification, Dr. Singh is an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) and a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). He remains committed to incorporating the latest evidence-based techniques and technologies to provide predictable, long-lasting treatment outcomes. Outside the office, Dr. Singh and his wife, Dr. Kaur, are proud to serve together in the U.S. Army. They enjoy traveling, reading, watching movies, and exploring the open road on their Harley-Davidson.

Dr. Gagan D. Kaur

DDS

Dr. Kaur also earned her dental degree from New York University College of Dentistry after earning her Bachelor’s Degree of Dental Surgery. In 2011, she joined the US Army to serve our great nation, followed by deployment to Afghanistan in 2013 and is currently serving as Lieutenant Colonel ( LTC ) in US Army Reserves. She is committed to providing excellent dental care with a gentle approach to maintain a comfortable and relaxing environment for her patients, who can range anywhere from 1 to 99 years old!

Dr. Kaur and her husband, Dr. Singh love spending time together both serving in the US Army. In their spare time, they enjoy traveling, reading, watching movies, and riding their Harley!

Dulce

Office Manager, RDA

Dulce has been a part of Sunrise Dental Team since 2011. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication Major in Broadcasting in one of the top Universities in lloilo City, Philippines, West Visayas State University. She is happily married to her childhood friend and blessed with two wonderful kids. After a few years of being a Stay-At-Home mom and working part time in Retail, she decided to go back to school and pursue her second love which is working in a Dental field. She became a School Ambassador and graduated with Honors in 2011 with a Degree in Dental Assisting at Everest College in Bremerton, WA. Her favorite part about coming to work is getting to meet new people and get to know the patients and their family not only in a professional manner but a personal one as well, and helping them gain back their self-confidence through one smile at a time. During her spare time, she loves spending quality time with her family, baking, cooking, traveling and the newest passion, kickboxing.

Dee

Registered Dental Assistant

Dee graduated from Central Kitsap High School in 2020. He plans on joining the U.S. Air Force to pursue a dental career, while serving his country. Dee joined the Silverdale Sunrise Dental family in 2024. He's enjoying learning about dentistry from his peers, and believes that working along side doctors and other assistants has been one of the best opportunities to learn more about dentistry. During Dee's free time, he enjoys cooking, baking, working out and hanging out with his love ones.
